Go to Sidebar > Customers and select store credit tap. Click the "Link Gift Card To This Profile" blue button.

In the activation page, swipe an empty gift card to link with the customer's store credit. (If the card is used or in use, an alert message will pop out and you won't be able to activate it)

The gift card number will show on the dash line and you can click the "Activate" button to finish the activation.

Then, the system will inform you that link process is successfully accomplished. Click "Done" and you are good to go.

You can check by looking at the linked gift card number. (For security reason, the system will only display the last four digits of the gift card)
