VIP Customers
VIP Customers
Many of our merchants would like to designate certain customers as VIP or preferred. We don't have a button for this, but luckily it's easy to do through your customer notes section!
Mark a customer VIP
- Go to the sidebar > Customers and select the customer you wish to edit.
- Tap ••• in the upper right-hand corner and tap "Edit".
- Tap in the "Note" area at the bottom and type in the designation. VIP is a great one because it's short, but you can choose anything you like. Just make sure to choose the same designation for your preferred customers!
- Tap "Save".
Find VIP customers
When you want to find your VIP customers, you can now just type in "VIP" (or, if you chose a different designation for your preferred customers, type that instead) in the search bar on the customers screen. A list of everyone that has "VIP" typed in the notes area will appear.
