Create an Associate

Once you've created a Bindo ID, you can add new associates by going to Sidebar > Settings > Business > Associates.

You can learn how to do this in the Getting Started guide in the "Add Associates to your Store".

Remove an Associate

• Click on the blue gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Edit Associates".
• Scroll to the associate you wish to remove and click the blue arrow next to their name.
• Click "Remove".
• Click "Save" at the left.

Change Associate Permission Level

• To change an associate's permission level, you need to first remove the associate (described above).
• Scroll to the top and click "+ Add new associate"
• Enter the associate's Bindo ID and select the role level by clicking on the blue arrow at the right.
• Click "Save" at the left.
