Where is the cloud data physically stored and who is storing it? Cloud data is physically stored in several locations at once - that's how cloud storage works. Depending on a number of factors, you may be accessing data on servers in any of our data centers, which are located in Dallas, Seattle, Washington DC, Houston and San Jose.

How secure is my data? We have a rich history in financial security, and have brought that experience to the Bindo platform. The data that moves through our system is secured at levels higher than most commercial banks.

Is Bindo PCI compliant? Yes. Bindo is PCI DSS Level 2 compliant.

Is Bindo POS available on Android? No. Android support is in the works.

Can Bindo POS be used offline? Yes. With Bindo you can accept cash and check transactions while offine.
