Fulfill Purchase Orders

You have the ability to fulfill purchase orders on your iPad via the Bindo POS app or on your web browser via the Bindo Dashboard.  Purchase orders can be fulfilled partially or fully.  If you only receive some of the goods that were ordered on a purchase order you can fulfill those items, and when you receive the remaining goods on the purchase order you can fulfill the remaining items.

Purchase orders follow a workflow with various fulfillment statuses.  When you first create and save a purchase order the status will be "Created".  When you submit a purchase order the status will update to "Submitted".  If you partially fulfill a purchase order the status will update to "Partial Fulfilled", and once a purchase order is fully fulfilled the status will update to "Fulfilled".  In order to fulfill a purchase order it must be in either the "Submitted" or "Partial Fulfilled" status.

To fulfill a Purchase Order on your iPad via the Bindo POS app:

1. Navigate to the Purchase Orders page

2. Locate the purchase order that you want to fulfill on the left side menu and tap on it.  If the PO Status is showing as "Created" you must first Submit the PO before you can fulfill it.

3. Tap on the three blue dots at the top right corner and tap "Fulfill P.O."

4. Enter the quantity received next to each item received.  Or tap "Mark All As Fulfilled" to receive and fulfill all items on the purchase order.

5. Tap Done

To fulfill a Purchase Order on your web browser via the Bindo Dashboard:

1. Click on the Purchase Orders page

2. Scroll or use the Search function to locate the purchase order that you want to fulfill.

3. If you want to quickly fulfill all items on the Purchase Order you may do so by clicking on the orange arrow to the right hand side of the PO and then clicking "Fulfill".  Or to select individual items to fulfill click "View".

4. If you clicked "View" in step 3 then you should see the Purchase Order detail page.  To fulfill specific items from here click on the "Fulfill Items" button*.  In the pop-up that appears enter the quantity received of each item and then click "Fulfill" to confirm.

*Note: if you do not see the "Fulfill Items" button it is possible that you have "Warehouse Management" enabled and must therefore follow slightly different steps to fulfill the PO.  Find more information about how to do that here: https://support.bindo.com/article/130-warehouse-management
