Process a Refund with a Dejavoo Terminal - Bindo Version 4
Turn Spin Bypass On
You will first have to turn Spin Bypass on to perform a return. This mode can also be used to run transactions outside of the POS if the POS is down. You will want to turn this off after completing the return to reconnect to Bindo.
- Tap the Spin bypass Icon or press 1 on the keypad.
- Enter the Manager Password (Default is 1234)
- The display will prompt you to "Tap the screen or press any key to start"
- The main screen should no longer say "POS Online" and display multiple buttons like Credit, Debit, EBT Food, and EBT Cash
